best bbq ever

I hired Wiley's to cater my wedding and they did not disappoint! The food was amazing and it was the best BBQ my guests have ever had! They were punctual, professional and supportive on our big day! They have amazing communication skills and I cant wait to go back one day for the best brisket and greens ive ever tasted! Nina took the best care of me and our day!

Stopped here for the first time. Really impressed with the staff and food. Cant wait to stop again when im back in town

UPDATE 2024 Much better experience today. Went for lunch, service was excellent and food was wonderful. No complaints except for the price of drinks. $3 is robbery for a soft drink. But not unique to Wileys unfortunately. Coke is enjoying ripping everyone off. Love BBQ, and I really want to love Wiley's but we've never had a completely good experience here or with takeout. Seated quickly but at the worst table in the place in an almost empty space. We were dining early.. Got drinks quickly then were forgotten. After 10 minutes of waiting we Had to ask a passing server if we could order please. Got brisket, mac n cheese, fries and my wife got chicken, Brunswick stew and green beans. Came in a reasonable amount of time and by this time the manager was helping serve us. No spoon came with the stew. Chicken was dry, tasted good but dry. Brisket was tender but more fatty than I usually expect and presauced. I dont like that. Sauces are good except for the championship sauce. All the sides were good. Quite pricey for one piece of brisket.

We ordered a variety of dinner items and everything was really good. The St Louis cut ribs were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Our order of brisket included a moist cut along with thick-lean slice which was full of flavor. For sides we all shared Mac and cheese, cole slaw, broccoli cheese and rice casserole, and their beans. The broccoli cheese and rice casserole was outstanding and the beans are probably the best beans I’ve had anywhere. Their menu states “The Best Beans on the Planet” - they are that good!

Just got a rack of ribs and smoked sausage. Sausage was 1 piece split in half that was barely cooked. The ribs were awful! On a Saturday you would think you would see smoke bellowing out of the rear of the restaurant, instead I got 3-5 day old ribs reheated in the oven resulting in the most dry bland ribs I have ever tasted. 2nd attempt and and unfortunately will be the last. 50.00 wasted! At least the dog getting some dinner tonight

We have a champion!!! And you will also feel like a champion after eating at Wiley's. Ribs and brisket. Fall off the bone ribs. Brisket that is just dry enough to break apart but still moist enough that you can follow up with a second mouth full without having to take a gulp of drink. Seasoning is good but you really need to put the sauce (I chose to add sauce myself). I just wished that I had more food to keep enjoying more sauce. So good with beer too. Licked up 2 pints with my meal. Perfect combination. I wanted wings but they ran out (it was only early afternoon!). Don't know if they usually run out of stuff but it makes sense since it is so good. Pit master knows his stuff! The fried okra was off the hook. Fresh, light and crispy on the outside and just slimey enough inside. So so good. Would have anytime! Kid-friendliness: Kids liked their meal but not much entertainment for them. Could care less about all the interesting deco.

The food and service were great. We only had an hour for lunch and were worried about time. They sat us immediately and our server took our drink order within a few minutes. It was a little crowded, but we got our food not long after we ordered it. We had a pulled chicken sandwich and a quarter chicken dinner. The food was very good. We even bought a jar of their spicy barbecue sauce.
