I got pumpkin smoothie was not good all is frozen nothing is fresh service was good

I’m getting tired of this place. The service is terrible; they just ignore you half the time. They fail to get my order modifications right every single time. The food isn’t even that good lately.

First time coming here my wife wanted "The OG bowl" but they didn't have their signature bowl available but then said they can do it in a smoothie which is where we seen that the smoothie was all frozen fruit, organic or not, frozen is not fresh in my eyes. I got the cbd coffee which are pre-made so I couldn't get the flavor coffee that I wanted and i couldn't get more or less CBD, the coffee was weird drinking out of a smoothie straw lol. 1 smoothie 1 coffee = $25.. not worth it.

Employees are treated disrespectfully by the owners and mgmt. Juice is not made fresh in the store. Each smoothie is made with 90% frozen ingredients to save money. The other ''fresh ingredients'' are covered in mold and unwashed. The owners are exploiting labor from young people in college who don't know any better so they can overprice their juices and smoothies at 15-18$. employees are underpaid and mostly expected to depend on tips. DO BETTER. Support ethical businesses not this one.

It’s refreshing to go to a place that is organic and fully transparent about their ingredients and sourcing. We’ve been a few locations now and the staff are always super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating for special diets or sensitivities. Whole Sol has become the go-to for a quick healthy meal that we can count on! We have enjoyed exploring the many menu options and well sourced ingredients!

UPDATE: This place continues to go downhill. The last few times I have tried to order they had the online ordering turned off. So I did not order. Today I decided to call and ask what’s going on. She proceeded to gaslight me about it saying they’ve been getting all these orders and everything is working just fine. After I hung up online ordering was finally turned on. Don’t gaslight me. Just tell me they’ve fixed it now. Then I went to pick it up. One of them was in there not doing anything. Yet they somehow didn’t see my order and it wasn’t even made yet. This is a common occurrence here. They don’t seem to check the ordering cue. IfI am paying a convenience fee for take out I expect it to be ready. Otherwise I’d just order in store and wait. So they take my money and I don’t even get the convenience I paid for. They were also out of all their juices and had Suja juices instead. The stars just keep going down. PRIOR: Have not been very happy with this place. $15 for two tiny avocado toasts. And too much avocado + not toasting the bread enough = soggy bread. They used to give you two big pieces or three small pieces. Now it’s just two small pieces. See pic with my hand as size comparison. The smoothie bowls have gotten smaller too. They are now about 1/2-2/3 the size they used to be. Their portions are smaller yet their prices have gone up plus they now have a “sustainability fee” on top of that.

Got two Peaches & Cream smoothies - total cost $26. I was expecting something amazing, but they were bland. Have had good food from here before but the prices are insane, and becoming less worth it....

I want to support a local shop with healthy food. But over $6 for a small muffin?! $15 for a smoothie bowl? I know food prices are high but using similar ingredients at home I know how much it would cost to make something similar. Rent must be astronomical? I wanted to save time to get to the park to be with my family so I thought I would pick up my healthy food on the way; kudos to the hard working staff. But a quiet morning with already pre-portioned ingredients for a smoothie it shouldn’t take almost 30 minutes to blend something. I was only the 4th person in the whole place. (I was curious and compared my email receipt to my name being called) I really want businesses like this to stay open but with how expensive it is and how long the wait it i can’t justify returning. 5 stars for the staff and healthy food. But 1 star for price and wait times.
