Beautiful restaurant. Elegant & fun atmosphere. Over the top service. Creative & delicious menu. One of our favorites!
Love this place!!! Highly recommended.
Superlative service combined with great food and a fantastic wine list.
The food was very mediocre, small portions and overpriced. There are much better restaurant options in the area. Service was friendly but slow.
Food was good, with some improvements needed. We were a bit disappointed that bread and butter (usually complimentary at restaurants) was an extra $5 charge. The lobster ravioli was good, but definitely over salted. I enjoyed the big chunks of lobster that came in the center of the dish. The lemon sole was excellent, and a very generous portion. The fish and chips we were told were cod. However, when it came out it was definitely not cod. Probably sole or halibut as it was a much softer fish than cod. The breading on it was light, which was nice. Wagyu burgers were good and pretty standard. You really couldn't taste a difference with the wagyu meat. The fries were delicious and enjoyed by everyone at the table. For dessert we tried the cookie and cream, cheesecake and butter cake. The cookie was delicious, but it was smashed flat on the dish (intentionally). A thicker cookie where you can enjoy the fudgey-ness of the chocolate cookie would have been better. The butter cake was just ok. It was over baked and dry. Both desserts could have used a bigger scoop of ice cream. The one provided was kind of embarrassingly small. More ice cream would have definitely helped with the dry butter cake. The cheesecake was the best dessert of the 3. Not super dense and rich, but still delicious. Overall, we enjoyed our visit. It was a little hit or miss, but we'd definitely dine here again. Oh, and we were celebrating two anniversaries and aside from a "happy anniversary" from the hostess, our celebration was not acknowledged in any way. So that was a disappointment. Was hoping for something a little more special for my parents who were celebrating their 49th anniversary.
This was our second time here. Last year we had a great time and the food and service were perfect. This year, not so much. The service was really off. Food was not as good as last years as well. The prices went up too. So all in all, it was just ok. Too expensive for a mediocre service.
The food is excellent so that’s what I’ll focus on here. The bread (served with garlic butter) is an absolute MUST. Beyond that, we got Caesar salads (no complaints), and then the chicken and short rib. The chicken was really good, but the rib was delicious. It practically melted in your mouth! As for the dessert, both the butter cake and (flourless) chocolate cake were quite tasty. They were served with a weird puddle of gooey, melted gelato, which was odd, but ultimately okay. On a side note, the coffee was good too! And several people mentioned the espresso martinis (which we didn’t try). I do want to note our odd experience with the waitstaff. There were several times where we called out to them or even touched a waiter on the arm, and were still ignored. When filling the waters, they skipped me (specifically) a couple times. They brought me a salad, then took it away (mistakenly), and then eventually brought it back. We had to wait a long time for the pastas our group ordered (well after everyone else had eaten).
Unbelievable how good this place this. Very hospitable, Food is fantastic, great service and lovely owners. One of my favourite spots. 10/10
Cute bar area: Great food. They were even down a server when we came and it was still a great experience. Shout out to the manager massimo who stepped in to cover the server out and gave us amazing recommendations!!
