White Limozeen

Came here for my 40th birthday with a friend that was in town for just the weekend. This place was on her must go to for the 2 dinners she was here for. To be clear, this is Dolly inspired/themed it is not her restaurant!! I had a reservation for 2 for a couple of weeks. On the notes I specifically said no high tops/bar because of physical limitations. When we got there the host, seemed flustered and walked us to the bar area with 2 high top table/chairs. I told him I wasn’t able to sit in that chair and he said well that’s all we have and sorry but you’ll just need to leave, I have no tables open for you. I told him I’d wait for a table and was told there was nothing available the rest of the day. I asked him if he was really going to send me away, on my birthday when I had a reservation and he shrugged his shoulders. After going back and forth he walked us to a regular table/seating and told us we had 1 hour and we would have to get up in 1 hour and leave. Literally appalled!! I sat because my friend just flew in and wanted to experience this place. As we looked around, 1/2 of the place was empty at 5pm!!! When the waitress came I said I didn’t care for anything since I was pretty upset and embarrassed by the treatment from the hostess. I mentioned to the waitress about us only been given 1 hour and she was shocked. The manager came over and moved us 1 table over where we could enjoy our night. The manager had zero customer service skills right along with the host. He was bothered and had an attitude. The waitress was kind but unattentive. We got 1 drink each and 1 appetizer each and it was $80. The math didn’t add up, we weren’t given a receipt and paid almost $100 after tip for 1 drink and appetizer. I wholly believe we got taken advantage of of. The food was cold and drinks were ehhhh. The outside patio was dirty and messy, like a has been. This place has alot of potential but it’s so run down and customer service was awful!! Coming from a family of restauranteurs, I can’t imagine this place making it under current management for much longer. Huge disappointment.

Food was good and the ambiance was great! Such a pretty place with amazing mock tails! The ratatouille was literally so good!

This place is so cute, decorated beautifully. They allow you to take as many pictures as you’d like. The food was amazing but skip the coffee it was possibly the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. Mimosa was great & overall atmosphere is lovely.

Went here for my 30th birthday. We had 8 girls and had to pre book an event space. Food was not good. Walmart desserts on the sweets board, the place is cute to stop and take a picture and that’s about it. We ended up paying $2000 to eat here for all 8 of us for finger foods, $200 tax, $250 event space, crazy high alcohol taxes. We all had one drink only. They also charge $150 cake fee to BRING a cake in there. It’s in the “fine print”..it’s not as fabulous outside as it looks in photos. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Delicious! Great cocktail, superb ravioli and perfectly dressed salad. And omg the frites! Looking forward to trying more

Great rooftop spot! Great vibe for catching up with a friend over a drink! Only limitation is no coffee (!)
