Overall great customer service experience and Hot food!

It was great

Piping hot when served to us. We enjoyed our meal. Parking: None. Wheelchair accessibility: The floor plan was open enough for wheelchairs to maneuver. While we were there there was a customer in a wheelchair. And that person had no problems getting around. There were also a couple of customers with rollaiders.

Update on March 2024. Attempted to give them my business again. Waited forever with NO cars in front of me. After 3 minutes I drove away and gave my business to Arby's who took my order quickly as soon as I got to speaker. I recommend Arby's across the way. In and out, Arby's a true fast food place. Nothing fast about this White Castle. There is nothing fast about this supposed fast food service. You literally wait so long in between each car ahead of you placing their order that everyone else in line outs their car in park. Avoid this place if you are in a hurry. Food not that great either, for the long wait.

Freshly made, good coffee, and that good old White Castle taste.

This is a good Whiteys. They always get the order right - at least in my experience. Better than most others in the chain. We go there twice a month. Jerry H
