The place has good food but they are not that clean and the manger on late shift has a lack of respect for non English speaking costumers. Also when asked for onions in drive thru he allows the kitchen staff to just scrape off the onions disregarding respect for allergens. Makes no accomodations for specific request that can be life threating such as that also some not all workers tend to leave packaged food in places that's not heat lamp protected

First time my boyfriend and I have ever had White Castle and we went here after a night of drinking on Broadway. Drunk eating White Castle in our hotel room while watching cartoons is now a core memory. The food was delicious, crisp, honestly better than we expected. The toll it took on our tummies sucked but honestly would do again (just not before flying).
