The cashier was nice. And the restaurant was clean. I got the bacon waffle slider to go. And about an hour later, I started feeling bad and threw it up.

I asked for a number 1, which comes with four sandwiches, fries and drink. We asked for an additional two sacks of fries. She gave us two sacks of fries and the 4 sandwiches. We asked where were the smaller fries and she stated she added our sacks of fries to the combo. We tried to explain that we were only missing the smaller fries. She just could not understand and said she put the sack of fries with the number 1. I can't make this up. We asked for the manager and she was getting ready to charge us for the small fries that comes with the number 1 meal. The girl said she added the sacks of fries to our #1 meal. How you gonna give us what you want us to have. We just asked for our money back . I tried to explain that we only wanted the two sacks of fries for me and my wife and the combo meal was for our grandson!! It shouldn't have been so hard to give us what we asked for and not for what she wanted to give us. Why would we pay for fries that should have came with combo meal? The manager said she asked us what size but she never did ask us so we couldn't understand how this order was so hard to complete. Employee #245 Sale #64020462 11:37am 2/17/2024
