food is good. service is abysmal...barkeep: i have 50 beers on tap just pick one. ... really? he didn't know anything about the 50 beers and seemed annoyed. place was empty. and the lamb samosas are overpriced and were crazy salty.

This place is great and has been around forever. Can't go wrong with the chicken Tikka masala. Plus Naan bread or Samosas if you need to fill up more. Very cool vibes in here. Bar area plus tables. Suitably dark, which works wonders during the hot Austin weather, plus outdoor tables if that suits you better. Nice selection beers on tap. Wine too. This is also a beer and wine to go store with good selection as well.

This place is a staple of Austin. I have lived here all my life, I’m not an out of towner or a transplant. Generations of Austinites know this place, it has made it through recession after recession, epidemics, pandemics and everything in between. But the best part of my experience has been Kushel and Abdullah. They are more than bartenders, they are friends to everybody who walks through the door, and make this place feel different than any other bar/restaurant in the city. I wish there was live music still, but oh well, Kushel and Abdullah make up for it! 50+ beers on tap and the best Indian food in Texas, Chicken 65, Gobi Manchurian and a (512) 15th anniversary DIPA is my go to order, do not miss out.

The takeout portions were significantly small.The portions were so small that it was almost comical - certainly not sufficient for a satisfying meal. This discrepancy in portion size not only affected the value for money but also diminished the overall dining experience that I have come to expect from your establishment.

Jeśli ktoś szuka naprawdę smacznego jedzenie, plus możliwość również znalezienia odpowiedniego kebaba w stylu europejskim, to naprawde można tutaj odkryć, co bardzo mnie zaskoczyło :). Dodatkowo jeśli ktoś lubi piwo, to mają bardzo duży wybór i pojawiają się tam również piwa europejskie :).
