Which Wich Superior Sandwiches

The menu is quite limited now. Not my favorite sandwich shop anymore. 😞

Really poor experience at this particular location. We ordered at 7:00, and when we arrived at the scheduled time, they hadn’t even started making our sandwiches. Then they informed us the shake machine was broken (which is fine and out of their control) but they said they didn’t know how to refund us. So we waited 20 more minutes before they got manager on the phone, but the whole time they never started the sandwiches!!!!!!! What in the absolute world is happening here?? An hour later, and we still don’t have our food yet……. And we are talking about SANDWICHES!!! This is completely unacceptable. I understand everywhere is understaffed, but this was experience was just too much.

The franchise owner treats his employees like garbage. Spend your money elsewhere.
