Whataburger

Update from Feb 28, 2024: I am subtracting another star because the shake was not even full... we love Whataburger but have been seriously disappointed at the latest decrease in the amount of food served on our order. Update from 7-28-23 Brody was very cheerful during our interaction in the drive- thru. Only one complaint: while I ordered onion rings, I received French fries instead. Original post: As always, the green chili double and onion rings were great.... unfortunately, the amount of onion rings in the large container didn't even reach the top. This was the only drawback to this visit. We even tried the new white chocolate raspberry shake and definitely were not disappointed! I'm not sure if my 4 rating actually is accurate to help, but my husband wasn't happy with the onion ring shortage and so I had to deduct a star for that. Update 12-12-22 The new chili cheese burger is really good.

Why is it that these online orders are never ready at the stated time on the app? I legitimately already know this location will NOT have it ready and expect to wait an additional 15-30 minutes. That’s not how an online order should work. Forgive me if I’m wrong.

Great service and great food.

Decided to eat here tonight because Culver's was packed, drive thru and dine in. Very disappointed with my visit at this location. Just finished my double meat double cheese burger. I also ordered grilled onions and bacon on this burger. No grilled onions and no bacon. This will be the last time I eat at Whataburger. Should have just got in the drive thru at Culver's

Was 100 miles from home. It's a familiar place since I worked for this establishment at one point in my life. Customer service was great.
