This is a fast food restaurant but run very. Always good service .

Pull up only one in the drive thru one person inside, have to wait to order that's fine. Well now I've been sitting in the drive thru so long I've been able tyoe this out think about posting it, rethinkg about posting it all while watching them make food for I presume the 4 plus cars that have pulled up behind me since I've been here

It’s quicker if you go to another whataburger

I stopped by this restaurant while in Tallahassee. I have yet to be disappointed. Using drivethru, the employee that took my order was very pleasant. I don't mind waiting because I know my order is fresh and freshly prepared when I place my order. I ordered the bacon and cheese whataburger, and it was delicious! My fries were hot, and that spicy ketchup is the perfect complement.

1 thing needs to happen immediately. Either the owner needs to lose their franchise OR the GM needs to be fired. This place has become ABSOLUTE trash. If you are looking for customer service, you won’t find it here. Imagine being the only person in line and an employee tells you she will be right with you. She then proceeds to do something COMPLETELY unrelated to helping fulfill an order. THEN, after 2 minutes of just standing there unassisted I just leave. The next visit, we order food. Order is filled incorrectly. There’s no useable napkins because their is a water mess so large it has soaked the napkins in the holders. There was even black mold on the napkins!!!! The floors and tables were nasty. There was so much ice spilling over from drink dispenser tray that it was on the ground causing a SERIOUS safety hazard for guests. If you order ANYTHING whether inside or through the drive thru, you must plan for 20 minute wait. It doesn’t matter if you are the only person in line or a multitude. The incompetence of the staff blatant disrespect to a customers time is abhorrent. I am so dmn tired of sh1t service! FIX THIS RESTAURANT IMMEDIATELY
