Whataburger

Really had to Order this whole order again because they gave my order out to somebody who Wasn’t even a delivery driver, I then called the store and spoke to someone and they said they were the ones who handed it out and made sure the driver had confirmed the pick up on his phone , that was a lie . Then when my actual driver got there, they told HER they gave out my order already, and I would have to go through the app. The app didn’t help at all I had to re-order the whole order. 70$ x 2 Then received my order. And Only had the kids meal cheeseburger one double meat burger, and one bacon avocado burger with three medium fries and only four drinks ? I was very upset. I didn’t get to receive my full meal combos and my coffee. I myself work at a fast food restaurant. I know the pressure there is in a situation like this but I never make sure an order goes out wrong. Just tried to charge me the regular price of a drink for a water supposedly the new manager that has been here for one month total workers they have to do it
