Always a great experience whenever I come here

My name is John I was coming in there all the time but not no more. Service was horrible and they took almost 20 minutes to get me my food and than when I got the order it was wrong which I didn't notice till after I left.

I can't provide more information than this; I sat in the drive-thru line waiting to have my order taken for a ridiculous amount of time. I don't know if they were short staffed or just incapable of getting the job done. I finally left this location and went to another, which is close by. The service THERE was fast, correct. It took less time to drive to the other location, order, and receive my food than the amount of time I sat in the drive thru line at this location.
