4/4/24 Update. Atleast today there were other customers walking out when nobody was taking orders. We couldn't even get waited on. Their counter person was too busy in the grill and the manager couldn't get any register to work. Avoid this place!!!!!!

This Whataburger is so bad. Avoid at all costs. Food is always wrong and cold and takes an hour to get. I assume every 4 star and up review on here is paid/fake because I've never had a good meal here. Do not eat here. I repeat eat anywhere but here.

Ridiculously slow. Waited more than 20 minutes in the drive thru and there were just three cars before us. Not coming again.

James is the best employee that I have ever experienced at any restaurant. He will get to know you and all of your life story. He takes the time to remember you and what is going on in your life. He is a father figure that most do not have, but he is willing to be that person for you!!!! Thank you, James, truly.

Update! This past visit 03-20-2025 Was wonderful! Me and my husband ordered the #1 Whopper Meal and added another Whopper sandwich. Everything was hot and very tasty. It's refreshing to enjoy a burger that's large enough for 2 hands. We loved their fries. Much better than McDonald's . Their fountain Coca-Cola was the best I've had in a long time! They even have Strawberry Fanta -------- The food and service has been going downhill at the store on Main Street in Norman for the last year. Today was the proverbial straw. The french fries were cold, hard, and like hollow tubes; the buns were flat and doughy and the hamburgers were cold. We were so excited to get a What-a-burger in Norman and now it's just not worth driving up the street for it. I paid almost $13 for food that was nearly inedible.

This location is disappointing. They are very slow in the drive through. last time I ate there there was an abundance of mustard that got everywhere and the taste was overwhelming to the point I couldn't finish it. The fries were burnt and hard.
