Good employees but severely under staff. Took 30 minutes to get through the drive-through but the food was spot on. Onion rings top billing. sketchy area. Parking: No issues at all.
I mean compared to other burger places here there ok to good and if I was really splitting hairs I would say 3.5 stars, service is usually good. Parking: It just depends on the day and time. Like most places if you try to go at noon it might be a little difficult but usually you can find a spot, Kid-friendliness: It was a younger group of adults, maybe even college and some high school but all very nice and if you need anything there on it. Wheelchair accessibility: I believe there was a wheelchair ramp at the one on Normandy
Incredible manager. Listened to him help an angry customer with class and respect.
I was served raw chicken tenders. The manager and cashier were both very apologetic and gave a refund but something is seriously off if they’re able to let raw chicken come out of the kitchen. Fries were soggy. Milkshake had chocolate syrup on the lid (we ordered strawberry). Needless to say I won’t be returning.
This is by far the best costumer service of any other ff restaurant I’ve ever been to. They are always consistent with their friendliness. I go to this location on a weekly basis. Shout out to the girl that calls everyone, “baby love”. -She makes my day!
I literally sat in line for30 minutes waiting on my food for my order to be incorrect 3 times I then drove all the way to my house to go eat my food and it was ice cold I have never had such a confusion with staff when it comes to making hot food or even a cheeseburger at that It took three people in drive-thru to take my order for a cheeseburger that only comes with mustard and pickles how crazy is that Kid-friendliness: I'm just very speechless I guess you just got to come and find out for yourself
Great food and great service. I would have taken a picture of the triple/cheese brioche toasted both sides add green chili but I ate it too fast.
