If I could of gave no stars I would have this place is unsanitary first off they messed up my order for something so simple a egg sandwich with scrambled shelled eggs the cook still gave me a round egg . Than the girl at the fry station was sweeping the floor and remind you she touched the trash can and went back to serving fries didn’t think about washing her hands or changing gloves but I asked her to wash her hands and she gave me this look like why omg and the GM was standing right there when I asked her and she just acted like she didn’t care if she washed her hands or not, will never return there again.
I spent almost 50.00 dollars just to get cold sub par food. Never again at this location. The chicken was cold and just drowning in sauce. Definitely not good.
I ordered over $32 in food and they gave me the wrong order and receipt we couldn’t eat any of it some of my family has allergies and when I called they were so unprofessional and took it as a joke the meat looked undercooked and there was black and green spots in it Please don’t order from this location I repeat please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!
Cold food. Old dead fries. Chicken strips were petrified. Disgusting. Worst Whataburger experience I have ever had.
Placed an order in the drive thru and was greeted kindly, however when I got to the window “Jessica R” as her name appears on my receipt, was rude. I was given my total at the box but not asked about condiments. When she opens to give me my food I say “can I have some-“ and she cuts me off and says picante and before I could finish my thought she closes the window and goes to get the picante. Then she comes back and I ask her for lemon juice and for pepper and she tells me “I ain’t got no lemon juice” I say that’s odd and then she gives it to me along with the pepper and says “I ask y’all if you want condiments so I can have them in the bag” and I said “you didn’t ask me though” she hands me my items and I leave. I don’t know what is the issue with asking for condiments and why lie in my face about having them. I’m not asking for something off the menu for free. Some of the employees in this location are so rude I don’t even know why they work in the industry if they’re gonna be bothered to give someone condiments or even bring out a curb side order, or even take 30 min to get food after it’s been placed in the drive thru. Only decent interaction I’ve had was with a Raquel M.i don’t come here often but nearly every time i have it’s been a terrible experience.
