Don't like how food comes out cold from here, do not sacrifice quantity for quality. Toast them buns and butter them. As well make sure you order is correct, too many times my order was incorrect.
This makes the third time, that the cashier rushed me through the ordering process, failing to give me my rewards points! And, she knew, that I had the app. on my phone., as I tried to order a buy one taquito, get one free deal. It was the wrong time of day, though. I understood that, but she greeted me with an attitude from the start, despite my best efforts of civility. Maybe, something happened during her work shift, maybe, she we was tired. Regardless, it's the third time, that I have patronized the 4501 Lancaster Whataburger, & have been snubbed by the employees. I, even, returned to the restaurant with my receipt, after the first time, but they refused to honor my purchase. I am so disappointed with my experience, that I have decided to eat elsewhere in the future. McDonald's always validates my purchases with reward points. Maybe, Whataburger should incorporate their way of validating orders with reward points.
