Whataburger

Ordered a bacon burger and only had one piece of bacon.

Got home an my order was wrong.

Sat in line for an hour and my chicken and fries was cold and sweet tea was warm and tasted old after sitting there for so long I'm not going back to wait another hour to fix it very disappointing Whataburger

Ordered a #1 burger. Burger looks like it has been sitting there for a while. Barely warm wouldn’t even melt the cheese. But Alysha was very friendly. Not really worth the price. Come on you can do better.

It's been a good experience the past times I have gone. Food has been good, fresh, and hot. Service is nice and friendly. Even drive-thru times aren't as bad as one would think. Will definitely be eating here again.

Alwase good double cheese burger the best

My husband had a late night show and we decided to stop in at 1AM to grab a bite to eat. We got two of the chicken finger baskets and oh my gosh! It was wonderful. The Whataburger food taste just like the one you would find in Texas. Our order came out within 10 minutes if that! The staff was very friendly. The lobby was clean and taken care of. The bathrooms were very clean too! The staff as we were leaving all said goodbye to us and to come back. I was very pleased with our visit here.

I got the patty melt. It had No grilled onions on the sandwich. We ordered onion rings and got doubled large fries. The bread on the patty melt was soft not toasted. My husband ordered a meal and they forgot the drink. It was pouring down rain and when we called they said to come and pick up the items tonight. We asked about a store credit (like Wendy’s) but were informed they don’t do that. It wasn’t worth a trip in the pouring down rain. Plus our other food would have been cold when we got back home. This was our first and last time going to Whataburger in Florence, Alabama. It was a huge disappointment. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.
