Whataburger

My wife and I have 2 business's a.nd get around alot. We stop at Whataburgers all over and always eat in. This location is by far the cleanest and nicest fast food restaurant we've been in. The manager introduced herself to us during our first visit and we talk with her everytime we're in. She is definitely a class act and it's great to see someone these days who takes as pride as she does in her restaurant and job. It's becoming more and more rare these days. I can't find anything negative to say about this location. I would absolutely recommend it.

Declined my card 3 times... cant even order food because the card reader is faulty. Immediately went to wendys next door and got the same $ amount of food... cant eat if you wont let me pay Guy in the window was very kind, and patient. Not his fault the business cant take care of things

We have gone to this whatabuger since we moved around the corner we moved from mesquite use to frequent the whataburger on towne east blv. These drinks ,burgers here are great .people very good and friendly. the management staff are very concerned they like their jon it shows big crew here only problem with the food is those small super small frys i caught a general distric manager told him these fries were way to small and at that time youd buy a medium they would not fill them up to the top just only about inch below top.plus fries to small .i pointed this out and they were throwing them right out of the freezer into fryolator which i know causes weak limp fries i use to be in consession catering business for 16 years at the cotton bowl, dallas convention center dallas ,houston astrodome consessions in houston tx plus houston convention center .so i know food temps and how to serve thousands of people in great quanities quickly.iam knock knocking the food sevice. these set up like a freah cut fry or the food just the fres need to be fixed upto better larger fry just need to be prepped and made like a fresh potatoe let them after getting skins knocked off rest in water at room temp to get off the brin and starch build up for better fry

The whopper is very delicious

"24 HOUR SERVICE" but the doors are locked at 3:40am. Whataburger is supposed to be open inside and drive thru 24 hours. Service is half what it was when it was still family-owned.
