The drive-thru line is almost always backed up and moves very slowly most days. 7 cars ahead of me took 45 minutes on at least 2 occasions. That said, the food is almost always hot and fresh, and I haven't had an order yet messed up in the year and a half of ordering here. Accuracy is what keeps me coming back. Parking: There's a handful of spots, but there's construction next door and a handful of spots are on a very steep embankment Wheelchair accessibility: It exists but it's sketchy

They NEVER. FREAKING PUT THE SAUCES

Unfortunately this place is a hot mess! Staff can’t get orders right. Lines are always super long. Really unfortunate since most Whataburgers are run well. Not this one!

literally in line as we speak & been here for 20 mins already for a PICK up order that was posed to be ready 30 mins ago & i always forget this is the exact reason i don’t come to this location it’s so trifling
