Whataburger

Order number 206647, at 4:48 p.m. 29 April 2024. I walked in. I knew exactly what I wanted. I went to the register, and I waited for someone to take my order. The fry cook or I don't know what his job was in there but he acknowledged me three times and told the young lady that was mopping the floor that I was there I think. I'm certain she saw me cuz I was standing almost right in front of her but she continued mopping for at least 2 minutes before she finally sauntered over and took my order at the register. Please check your security cameras if you have any working for that time and see if what I observed is correct. That's why you got one star for service. I'd give you zero stars actually but there isn't a place for doing that. Good day.

Had the sausage and cheese taquato, which is very good and will order again.

This is actually a review of delivery done by Uber for this Whataburger. My driver did not read the special instructions and , therefore, went to the wrong gate. I walked in stocking feet through rain to my gate and he came eventually. There was nothing to indicate his car was Uber, he spoke Spanish and couldn't read my written instructions. Cost me $20 for a grilled chicken for that kind of service. Won't make that mistake again. The burger itself was delicious! Grilled chicken, big lettuce leafs, lots of tomato, gobs of avocado! To order perfectly!

Paid more than $10 for an ice cold burger and fries. Not warm; ice cold, and inedible. I asked them to give $10 worth of food to someone who looked like they could use a HOT meal, because I'm never going back to this store. I don't need perfection. But the food should be edible.

Just ordered some tenders for the first time via online/curbside. First off the curbside order was not on time due to the food still cooking but unfortunately my food was still cold once I arrived to medical city spine which is about 2 min away from the whataburger location. Tenders where a little warm almost cold and the bread was cold also. Tenders also were overcooked.
