Whataburger

Ordered a pick up order and even tho I was 30 mins late to pick it up the food was very fresh. Also the lady who brought me my food was very sweet

Service is legitimately the worst in a fast food restaurant I've seen. Basic orders take forever only to be wrong (this is consistent!), food is oftentimes middling, and it's clear most employees are just trying to survive the day. I've even pulled up to an empty lobby and an empty drive through just to not get a hold of anybody on the mic before driving off. This is clearly a management problem that flows to the ground level. If you have to order here do so INSIDE during the day and NEVER anytime after sundown.

We told them 3 times we wanted cheese. My burger didn't have cheese & the girl at the window just said sorry. Didn't offer a solution

Posted late, On Thursday I placed an order on Whataburger app, when my order arrived I did not get the drinks and no ketchup, I called the store and they can't help me there, I had to call customer service, bad service dinner without drinks !! Will I get a refund for just drinks or my entire order?

Absolutely love Whataburger! This particular restaurant is conveniently around the corner from the George H.W. Presidential Library & Museum on the Texas A&M campus. Service was on point, clean atmosphere, & the food is absolutely amazing!

I must have visited at a weird time of day when all of the food was cold and looked like it had been thrown against a wall before being served. The ranch was really good though. And the people were pretty nice. I know now not to eat there when I'm literally the only customer in the restaurant. Maybe that's it. Vegetarian options: I'm not a doctor or anything, but I'm pretty sure Whataburger is not a good place to go if you're a vegetarian. Parking: There are and obscene number of handicap spots and curbside order pick up spots. I wish there were more regular parking spots Kid-friendliness: Maybe kids will appreciate the fact that the food is never hot Wheelchair accessibility: If you are in a wheelchair then you will definitely be able to enter this building without any special arrangements or additional apparatus.

They thought I was an Uber Eats driver for whatever reason and went on a tear on why I can’t use drive thru. Literally just trying to get lunch.

Staff is and management are always on point! The COOKS are thanks as always five star all the way Fries are crispy and chicken is crispy
