The drive thru order taker was very slow to answer when we pulled up to order our food.

My husband and I use the Whattaburger app for delivery every few weeks and haven't had a problem. Today the Favor driver scammed us, saying they were in an accident and marked our food as delivered. Due to how it's set up on the app, there's no Favor order number to ask for a refund, and Whattaburger support takes 3-5 days to get back to you...we called the store to tell them what happened and they said they would re-make our breakfast, which is nice of them as it was after breakfast hours and they didn't have to do that. When we got there it seems our phone call didn't make it to the manager/shift lead, and my husband had to re-explain everything. I'd like to give big kudos to the shift lead Ally for her professionalism, courtesy, customer service skills, and for all-around being amazing at her job. It took two hours total to try and figure the mess out and get our food, but Ally was sincerely so helpful and didn't make it feel like it was OUR fault we got scammed through THEIR app using a third party service. Thank you, Ally, for turning the whole ordeal around for us. You deserve a promotion and raise ASAP.
Its one of the better Whataburgers I've visited and the burger was big like I remember, I've noticed the bread isn't the same but everywhere I go it feels like the bread isn't like it used to be, but besides that the food tasted like it is kept up to standards

I waited in the drive-thru line for well over 20 minutes. There was only two cars ahead of me, while I understand both cars could have had massive orders that didn't excuse the cold food that I received. Considered going inside to ask for new fries but that defeated the entire purpose of going through the drive-thru and I was running late at this point due to the previously mentioned 20 minute wait.
