The food is actually much better since their remodel but the customer service is definitely hit and miss.

Very unprofessional food never fresh order breakfast they put regular beef on my burger instead of sausage need to be shut down always nasty waited in a long line just for the drive through not to have Apple Pay had to go inside just to wait in another long line

Did an online order so I would not have to wait through the line. When I got to the speaker in the Drive-Thru I was told to pull forward and I waited and when I got to the window they were still making my order and I waited. What's the use of ordering ahead? Update: Found out if you do not put a time frame on your order in the app then they will not make it until you get there.

Been under the weather... didn't want to cook and a burger sounded OK. Drove over from Kurten to the Bryan location. Joint the drive-thru line and ordered a #1 with customizations and a patty melt What-a-meal with onion rings. Got the order after a short wait and headed home to Kurten... but I should have double checked the order as I DIDN'T get a patty melt but just a double cheeseburger. It was fine... but it wasn't what I ordered and paid for which is a bummer.
