Whataburger

It was pretty good, I really enjoyed the chocolate shake.

The service was bad because the woman at the register was doing everything, while 3 managers were ignoring everything that needed done to work on paperwork. The food sat under the lights for the same reason, because she was the only one working. No less than 4 employees were sitting in the dining room eating. Our bacon Burgers were just thrown together, cheese not even melted , a small bit of lettuce, some green tomatoes piled in the middle, little pieces of bacon, a small swipe of mayo, served on a stale dry bun. The counter clerk finally noticed us, and went back and got our food. Were no condiments available. She had to go find those too. Chocolate shake tasted like it had no chocolate in it. Overall one of the worst fast food experiences this year. We should have gone through the drive thru at PTerry's down the street. Whataburger is a ghost of a ghost of it's old self. I would avoid eating here.

They take a little too long with their orders. People getting frustrated and they’re hungry. Paying for the food to come out fast should not be charged this much if its slow.

I downloaded the application and it is saying this address can not be found?? I tried several times n nothing ! I am Upset with this! Update : now I am Glad the app did not fine this location lol I ordered a burger couple of months ago on the site later night to pick up and they did not put anything on my burger just the 3 patties and one cheese . Tomato lettuce and all The extras it wasn’t there it as a waste of time n money . I should have opened my burger at the same time that I received . Horrible experience n the last

Nobody in line why does it take 15 min to make my food… with a bunch of people running around in there.. what are y’all doing ‍♂️

It definitely lived up to it's name! Whataburger! It was lunch and dinner rolled into one!
