After repeating our order over and over it was incorrect. Expressing to the drive through employee the errors on our order the response was to leave because we were “holding up the line”. Whataburger should be embarrassed to have employees that are this obtuse and ignorant working for them. Avoid this Whataburger! Try Culver’s for a better burger or Chik-fil-a for fantastic customer service.

Horrible service. Just a bunch of lazy kids that don’t care. As soon as I pulled up to the drive thru menu they were laughing on the intercom. It was 9 pm and I ordered from the breakfast menu and she replied “we aren’t serving breakfast right now.” The menu says in big letters “breakfast from 11am-11pm” so I politely just ordered a hamburger for my husband. Then when I pull up to the window to receive my order, this young girl gives me a huge attitude for no reason. Hmm… explains why there is not much business going on there whenever I pass by. Horrible workers. Definitely not returning. Management needs to do something about these kids. SMH .

Waited in the drive-thru line for quite a while. Got home, and Order was wrong, cold fries, and warm tea with very little ice. Won't be going back
