I hate the management at this casino.
The Western Village is great. My way of describing it is if the Peppermill had a baby, this would be it! Great service...great food...great rooms! The rooms are very clean. Housekeeping does a good job and they are friendly.
Great value! It is an older hotel but the rooms were clean and updated and they allow dogs! Their restaurant Western Villages Pancho's had a lovely atmosphere, good food and amazing service. We will be back!
Not a freaky person inspecting every corner of every place I stay, but... I have to leave a note here because I noticed, and then I looked, and looked, and could not find one hair, dust on any fixtures, fans, etc. Don't travel w pets, but very cute pet dishes. Grew up in Biloxi, casino town, and all I can say is this place does it right!!! Cleaner than many $400 rooms I've paid for. Will be back. AAA+++ Rooms: See above☝️
My bf and I were almost 86'd this morning for no apparent reason. Security approached us while waiting for our friend to finish playing, after we had been gambling for hours and finishing a (delicious) burger, and started taking pictures of us. When asked why they were taking pictures of us they would not give us an answer and kept insisting on seeing our ID's. Even after showing ID they would not give us a reason for taking the pictures or requesting the ID and just said that they would delete the pictures. When we called security later to find out the reason for security approaching us, the person on the phone was extremely rude and said that we were approached because of the d&d dice that I had been fidgeting with and rolling around all morning that we were gambling. (Dungeons and dragons dice a D100 and a D4) I don't see how casino staff had any reason to approach us and start taking pictures of us, especially after watching my bf's machine so he could go to the restroom, and watching us play and eat from your establishment. Upon calling later we found out we were apparently "loitering" but they contradicted themselves saying that we weren't contributing to the establishment and they said that loitering is sitting or standing at a machine and not playing, but if you're standing with someone that is playing that you are considered contributing to the establishment. Refer to earlier and the fact that we were waiting for our friend to finish playing so we could all leave. So my question is why?? Why did they approach us? Why will they not give us a straight answer? And why did they remove my bfs review from Google so fast? I am going to screenshot this being posted and when it is inevitably removed. Food & drinks: The food was amazing. The Terminator was a great burger, and the drink service was impeccable
