Easily one of the best dim sum locations in the lower mainland - and likely the one I visit the most. Dim sum is always very fresh and portions are very large. You can tell that the ingredients used are good quality. Servers are all friendly.

Our second time here and we were just as impressed as the first time. Great selection, generous portions of seafood, not overly seasoned or greasy. Friendly and quick service in a clean setting. This will be our go-to place for dim sum. Excellent value.

King crab was good. The other dishes like noodles and soup was not the best. Service is great though.

Never stop here just drove by, a friend said it's been a least 25 years since he was there. Well let's give it a try. Portions were good, quaility of food good. Suprising that interior looks so good compared to exterior. It won't disappoint.

Dim sum: For the price, the trade-off here is massive dim sum for below average taste, quality, and service. Dinner: Much better than my afternoon dim sum experience in every aspect! Had a 6 person king crab set meal (crab 3-ways) + 1 extra dish to feed 7 people, with leftovers. Got friendly and swift service. Other than fresh and delicious crab, the other dishes tasted average to above average. Though I felt the dessert utilized the same components as certain dim sum dishes, and quality actually reflected that (below average).
