Western Empire Emporium

Very disappointed. Don't eat here if you want great service. The buffet price is not posted anywhere and it's not in menu and evidently the waitress was supposed tell people how much it is which she didn't. I had 3 sticks of French toast, hashbrowns and 3 straps of bacon. $26.00!!! I will never go back. Waitress never came back to ask if we needed anything. It was all around a horrible experience. I can get a steak dinner for that price at a higher end establishment.

I was always fond of this place however I won’t be going back. The buffet was adequate at least till you receive the ticket. For casino food it was excessively overpriced and i on no level can say that they will have me as a customer again. $26.95 for that buffet is not worth it the level of price increase since my last visit was unbelievable. I was ok with it for even 20 but I was not informed of the price by either of the workers helping, and the waitress was not overly helpful. Done done done won’t be going back to even gamble…. So sad!

I just know everyone. I have the say it's different than most because the restaurant Is in the same area as the casino machines but everyone is friendly and welcoming and the food is great. They also have $20 match play Mondays.

Overpriced diner food… the patty melt was tasteless and cold along wiht the fries. They tasted like day old French fries. The roast beef was okay but nothing to write home about. And the prime rib… just save your money. It was tough, flavorless and chewy. The corn was canned and the baked potato was a day or older, not fresh. Food wasn’t even hot when served. The best part of our meal was the salad bar.

Honestly, I felt terrible for the waitress. She ran her tail off. She was very friendly and got us exactly what we ordered. We left a big to for her. Workforce shortages have taken their toll on everyone. God bless our service professionals.
