Horrible, horrible service and they all have attitudes. I will literally drive to a different Western Bagel . Terrible terrible terrible service! Who’s in charge of this place?
Why have an express line if you're just not gonna attend to the people in it? Workers would just make eye contact but wouldn't come to tend to it. I was there because I placed my order online, which is what the express line says it's for. I then changed lines to the regular one and a Caucasian men came to the express line. Within 4 mins they checked him out (yes I timed it).
It’s a simple place to get breakfast, with a cozy style settings.
Very good and fresh bagels And a lot different kinds of selections.
Busy fast stop for top quality bagels.
Edited: My first review just said they had good bagels but the staff was super slow. Well today I went in early and the cashier was talking to a co-worker with her thumb in her mouth, like a nervous habit or something, bitting her nail. She them went right back to serving people without washing her hands. I'm not sure if they even check their staff for ServSafe certification but I doubt it based on today. I won't be visiting any Wetern Bagels ever again. You are probably safer going to the Vons next door for your food.
