Had a sneak preview of Catch a Fire pizza that was just recently added to West Side Brewery. The pizza crust was authentically oven fire baked. We ordered the Constantine. It was deliciously made.We also ordered some wings with some great choices of sauces. The staff was fast and courteous taking our order and served it piping hot at our table. They know what they are doing and it will be a great asset to the brewery.
A coworker had their church fish fry there tonight. I do not drink beer, was awesome that the bartender was able to concoct a whiskey and cranberry drink for me.
I wish there was an option to give zero or negative stars. I will never be back and will make sure I let all my friends with families know they won’t be welcomed either. We had one beer and were told that our children were not welcome because it’s a “brewery not a playground”. The “security” guard also stated and that it’s a “liability if a kid falls on the concrete”. Not only is this inaccurate, it was a clear indicator that this individual doesn’t understand the word liability or the impact of negative customer service. All this despite our two small children did not break anything, scream, or disrupt any other customers. Ironically, there was a baby shower being hosted there.
No better place for a gluten sensitive person to be on a Friday night in Cincinnati! Jordan and Ryan were energetic, kind, knowledgeable and patient with all our questions :) can’t wait to be back.
