Terrible!! Made me sick food wasn't cooked all the way and customer service is bad!! Go to another Wendy's! Poor management ghetto!!!

They screwed up my order, nothing was displayed on the screen, order guy was super impatient, I repeated myself three times and it was still wrong. Girl at the window was good but when I told them the order was wrong the nasty attitude shift manager told me I had to drive around instead of letting me pay for the correction. Did not make it right by the customer and I had to come in to get my order. Trash experience, took over 20 minutes to get served. 2 times in 2 months and yet again they screw up the order. Get better, it’s not that hard.

No line and quick service.

Door dashed from this location tonight. Did not receive my frosty because they were out. If they were out the store should have canceled the item or the order. Now i’m trying to get ahold of DoorDash support but they do not want to refund me. Literally just do your job. I work in the food industry and deal with Uber and Door Dash daily and it is not that hard this is just lazy work.

Total trash service. The dude with the glasses with the red hat this evening is totally rude and very unprofessional. The black dude at the frie station needs to know how to wear a proper clothing at a restaurant if he's going to represent and stand up for his co-workers with their unprofessionalism in a food industry. No one is using gloves and any of the stations very unsanitized I'm surprised no one has gotten hepatitis A or B from this restaurant that is gross
