Wendy's

You will be waiting 30 minutes or more for your order…not the speed you are looking for at a rest stop. Better off stopping at a drive thru. You would think it would be efficient to stop here, get gas, use the restroom and grab lunch but nooooooo

Yashica S. was the lady taking our order she acted as if it were a chore to take our order. After we ordered the same lady called out our food order and looked directly at my husband. We opened our food and it had the wrong quantity of chicken nuggets and my husband's burger was supposed to be plain had everything on it. The lady didn't call out the number on receipt which is why there is a number system. We apparently got the previous customers food order due to her not using the correct system. She had an attitude the entire time and then they put a sign out that said please use the kiosk to order.

Very slow they don’t like to work

Employees are yelling at customers. Customers are scared to ask for things like napkins or ketchup. We got the wrong food after waiting 30 minutes after getting cut off and interrupted while ordering. Genuinely the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had all across the country and Wendy's corporate should take a hard look at this restaurant. It wasn't even busy to justify the long wait. It just gives a miserable experience for travellers on the turnpike

I ordered some baconaitor fries. The cheese is supposed to be melted on top of it with the bacon, but it was not. The fries were cold and the bacon was too hard. I normally have good experience with this place. It was not good time.

Don’t come here, just don’t do it. Cannot say enough here about how bad the experience was!

With only 2 customers in front of me I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants. It took 22 minutes which is utterly ridiculous!! If I hadn’t have already paid I would’ve walked out! Pathetic

Too slow. Too much crowded and very little staff. 1 hour waiting for the food.
