The register staff was extremely rude when I asked to use the restroom. I drive for Uber and will tell all my riders to not eat at this location. Needless to say, I will not return here. Disappointed.
We went on leap day for the free special on Cinnabons that we had heard about on the radio. The employee didn't seem to know about the special and said "I think you need a coupon for that ". We also ordered one of the new frosty cold brew coffees and she didnt seem to know how to make it. She gave me a plain cold brew with flavored syrup and a cold Cinnabon and charged us full price for everything. I don't know that I will be ordering from this location again!
The customer service here is absolutely awful. They had us waiting forever just to take an order and when something is said I got attitude and yelled at. Completely unacceptable. If you can go to any other location I’d highly recommend doing so. The employees need training on how to conduct proper business ethics and customer service.
Walked in at 1:30pm on Feb 25 and was promptly told they would not serve me because they had "just finished a rush." Never have I walked into a restaurant and been refused service because the employees didn't feel like working. Bravo.

They probably need to shut this thing down for a while to start over. It's bad. Food is bad, employees are absolutely awful. Go to the Wendy's on 104th near Washington if you want a better Wendy's experience.
