Wendy's

After posting the below review, finally a manager came to tell me that she's been working since 6AM so due to this emergency she is closing this Wendy's location early tonight. Perhaps this Wendy's needs to hire more people? Now there is only 30min left before any nearby Wendy's locations closes so if I was communicated with earlier I wouldn't need to be rushing in this rainy weather. Hopefully this manager gets some sleep. Please note I saw at least 3 different women working here. Unfortunately the customer I was picking this up for wasn't able to get their order, and due to the lack of communication at this location, the next customer I was delivering for was not able to get her order on time at a different restaurant either. Which means I drove to this city for absolutely no reason and lost money in doing so, instead of the two tips I was going to earn. This is my way of making a living, so it's truly upsetting that 3 different people suffered consequences because not a single woman at this location was able to open a window and simply speak. Original Review: This Wendy's closes early on Saturdays maybe? Unfortunately I didn't catch her on video.. There's a heavier woman working here who I assume is acting as the manager at this Wendy's location. It's an hour before Wendy's closes (11pm) and I have been waiting at the window for about 20min now.. after I beeped my car she looked at me and smiled. I'm hearing I think a television in the back? I'm not sure what's going on and I haven't been communicated with so I don't know if this Wendy's closes early or not..

Where's Dave?

The people are always nice and the food is always good, but I'm really tired of the machines deciding IF they want to use my discount code or not. I use cash so I can't do mobile. This make things very frustrating cuz this seems to be the only location that gives me problems. And the managers cant do anything about it.. The system should allow managers to override. What's the point of management if they don't have the ability to do what the employees can't do.

Not sure why the burger isn’t fully cooked

Great quick lunch with kiddo. Everything was hot and fresh. Manager and staff were friendly and helpful. The dining room was super clean.
