Every single time I’ve been in the last month they’ve gotten my order wrong. A Dave’s double instead of a double jbc, large poutine instead of small and 3 JBCs instead of one????? I hate to say it but maybe hire somebody who’s fluent in English for order taking!? No spoon for my frostys… why on earth would I need one of those!! And OF COURSE they never leave a receipt in the bag! I used to be a regular at this location as it’s in such a convenient spot but I don’t think I’ll be back. absolutely incompetent

What a cesspool these days, absolutely disgusting experience from start to finish. Ordered a son of baconator and there were a total of two pieces of bacon on the whole thing, ripped in half to look like there's more. What a joke. On top of that the wait time was pretty bad, over 10 minutes for my meal. Restaurant was sooo dirty from the floors to the tables that I decided to leave and ended up eating while I was driving instead. That was when I was met with this disappointment of a sandwich along with the stale, luke warm fries and barely carbonated soda, I'd have asked for a refund otherwise. Considering what they charge these days, they should feel embarrased, but they won't. Sadly this is the trend that most fast food restaurants seem to following these days...Surrey quality all the way. I should have followed my normal rule, looked at the staff, and walked out, but I was hungry and hadn't had Wendy's in a while. Definitely won't be coming back and I can't imagine why anyone would if all they have to offer is subpar food at exorbitant prices.

Service is fast. Burger is way too salty. Poor understanding of order on intercom

I love Wendy’s but they advertised that in Canada we’d get an orange vanilla flavour frosty & instead our local store is offering a white chocolate strawberry frosty instead. So disappointing. No one asked for this. Orange vanilla would be so much better
