Was charged for someone else’s order back on December 27th, then the worker came running after my car telling me my card didn’t go through, so when I went inside to pay, they told me the charge that I saw on my account wouldn’t go through, and not to worry. Ended up getting charged for both orders, and when I called the next day, the manager told me they couldn’t do anything about it. Had to go through my bank for a chargeback, which ended up being denied. On top of that, they were seriously understaffed for the 10pm rush after Six Flags closed.
It took forever to get someone to take my order inside they all kept looking at me as if they were too busy to help me in the Drive-Thru was the only customers they helped. I got a biggie bag and also a large frosty. I asked if I could get vanilla and chocolate and was told yes I ended up getting a vanilla only Frosty and didn't want to take the time to have it corrected. On top of it they forgot to put the chicken nuggets in my biggie bag and I was too far from the store to get it corrected. Wendy's food is decent, consistent, the atmosphere was great but, unfortunately the employees weren't interested in correctly doing their jobs.
