Their app is terrible. 2x now I've ordered something on their app, that they don't hav in store. First time was a strawberry frosty, which they said they haven't had in months. So why is it still on the app then? Second time, was tonight, I ordered a fish sand. Didn't find out until I got home n went back, to hav em correct it, that they don't hav it instore anymore. Once again, why is it on the app then? They even hav screens in store that u can order from, instead of waiting for a person to order from, that also hav those items for sale on them. When I asked why, the manager said those are connected to the app. Why hav those in the store if u might order incorrectly from them? U kno wendys runs these promotions that u can only get when u order from the app, but then their app is a POS. Get it together wendys n stop wasting ur customers time n money
