place was clean.no smiles from employees tho

I ordered a baconator on door dash & this is what they sent me. The bottom bun was covered in some type of liquid that I honestly can’t identify. It looks like they dropped it on the floor and put it right on my burger. Thankfully I unwrapped my burger and examined the entire thing before taking a bite into it! Disgusted doesn’t even begin to describe how I’m feeling right now

Customer service there sucks. The manager there is very unprofessional, rude was rushing us because of shift change and food was cold and didn’t even get the correct order. I will never go there again. Stay away from that ghetto place 2/824 time 7:10 . I want them to know who it is that’s why the date and time

I have not had a issue with this place yet.

They need to express the total through the drive thru before asking the person to pull around to the window. I ordered 4 frosty and I was thinking that they were still .50¢ I pull around to the window I was told to pay $6.44. like any other person I ask what happen to the .50¢ price? She says that ended yesterday. Also I didn't receive an receipt. They need better communication skills bottom line at the drive thru. Never again going to this franchise!

Staff were friendly when we walked and our cashier double checked our order. Food was delicious and filling.

I can’t add a zero starts but the worst experience ever they sold me a un cooked chicken sandwiches and that is very dangerous to the health and they didn’t want to give me a refund calling corporate to get this place shut down horrible don’t ever go there!!!!!!
