Wendy's

3/18/2024, 4pm: I have been eating at Blackstock Rd. Wendy's for 6 years. I eat there several times a week; and sometimes every day. There is a new manager - she's short, heavyset and African American. The past few times I have visited, she has been aggressive with me. Today I walked out without completeing my order, and I went to eat at McDonald's I am a quiet and polite person, so I am confused as to why she's so aggressive with me? Typically, the managers and employees at this location are excellent, however, I don't feel comfortable eating at this Wendy's anymore, and it's because of her.

Very friendly and they always take good care of my family whenever we order. We have a large family so it is always a big order. It is always all there, also it is always hot and fresh fries. If it is a Friday night or late night it is our go to spot.

Don't ever order online, it's way more trouble than it's worth. I placed a mobile order for 2 meals and drinks. It said it would be ready in about 30 minutes, and around that time, I got both an email and text saying my order was ready for pickup. I came by the drive thru line. The lady at the window said they never received an online order. I gave her my order number, and proceeded to show her my phone where it shows the confirmation for pickup at this location and receipt showing I paid. She gave me major disrespect, saying that it meant nothing since they didn't receive the order. She RELUCTANTLY agreed to make the order, but that "the money will be refunded to your card anyway, so you're basically getting free food today". I said, "That's not what I want at all. I just want the order I paid for." Like??? Btw, it was never refunded. The food was sloppy bc it was rushed and bc they thought I was trying to pull one over on them. I'm not that type of person. I'll take my business elsewhere next time.

This wendy's on the west side of spartanburg had quite a pleasant atmosphere about it....i had a large order they did a wonderful job filling it...

Food is always fresh and customer service is great!

My family & I love Wendy's. Most of the time we go to the one in Spartanburg. The food has always been great
