Problems with the employees today at the drive in: they were not speaking clearly nor did they understand what I wanted. At least I ended up with a hamburger, with no lettuce or mayo which is what I asked for. I expected a better bun. Somehow the bill went up $5 when I asked to add on a small unsweetened iced tea. Perhaps I am being generous in my review of the service. I wanted water from the fountain. I ended up with a huge cup for $2+ which is not what I had in mind. The unsweetened tea ended up sweetened. The sugar was supposed to be on the side. The young man handed me artificial sweetener. I guess he does not know what sugar is.
A fast food joint, you either like it or you don't. I happen to like Wendys.
This Wendy location sucks! Every time I go, I always have to double check my order. They ring the order up wrong. And then get mad when I tell them it was not correct. Today they lost 4 other customer groups and forgot my drink with my combo order. This place needs to be shut down and let the location two miles away take their business. I specifically told the drive through person “I would like the bacon double stack 7$ biggie bag” and they still gave me the wrong one!
