Wendy's

Went there on a Wednesday evening, the dining room was not open, so drive through was the only option. So I ordered online, there were 4 cars in front of me, after placing the order I waited about 10 mins, and there were no movements. At this point the 2 cars behind me left, I parked the car and went up to the dining room only to see the note, that it was closed. After I went back to the line, by now 10 minutes passed, and we were only able to move up one space. I cancelled my order and left as well. I was not happy about the waiting time, but at least I did not order there and have to wait probably 30 mins just to get a burger. After I got on the main street the line still didn't move.

The food is good & hot, however, the service is slow! I was tempted to head ppl off as they came in to the restaurant to order food, and tell em if they were really hungry, then this might not be the place for them. We were on our way to a Raider game, leaving late & no time to tailgate, so we opted for a quick pit stop. BIG MISTAKE! The drive-thru had a long line, so I decided to "run inside real quick". Ha! Joke's on me. Nothing was real quick. Even noticing the presence of at least 5-6 bodies working behind the scenes, not including Miss Cheerful, who was taking orders. Boy was she a real delight to talk to! With what seemed like at least a full crew working in the restaurant, it was pitifully slow! And this was 11:30 a.m.'ish on a Sunday!!!!! So, beware if ur hungry & in a hurry. You've been warned. Oh yeah...... & u can NO LONGER pour ur own sodas, or refills! Evidently we aren't to be trusted working the soda machine anymore, as it is now located back behind the main counter. If u want a refill u need to either get in line, or take cuts on the side where the food is placed for ppl when it's 'finally' ready. This pisses me off more than anything else!

The one lady who is working on drive thru section is disrespectful talking with Dasher . Telling me make a one more round for my order .. when i asked her this is not a way to say anyone then she's telling me like this is only a way ..how cheap her thoughts towards the dashers this thing on ⁰⁴/²⁹/²⁰²⁴ ( before like couple days ago their is one more lady working on drive thru she is really understanding towards orders and very kind with Dashers )

Service here usually sucks, food comes out cold and when you ask for extra lettuce and onions they only exactly 1 piece of lettuce and exactly 1 onion and this happens Everytime at this location

Meal was wrong. Burger was cold. One drink was missing. Went through the drive thru and the restaurant is closed due to construction so we just had to deal with it as we didn't have time to wait in line again. Very disappointed
