I just had the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had from a Wendy’s and the service was fast and friendly amazing

staff is acting ignorant door is locked saying they're closed during open hours no sign explaining why thanks for nothing

Who runs out of chocolate syrup for frosties?

Everytime I go to this Wendy's they mess up my order almost every single time. This time they completely left out the meat patty in my Baconator, so it was nothing but bacon sauce and bun. And on top of that they always have you pull up to the front to wait an extra 10 minutes for my food so they can get their times cleared faster. I truly don't think I will be coming back to this one again.

They got the order wrong and there were Nats in the soda machine

**Manager Theresa very rude and disrespectful** I Ordered two meals today and a cheeseburger was missing from the bag when we got home. Called the store to advise and she became argumentative. No customer service at all. We went in to talk and she still did not want to replace the cheeseburger or refund. Never have we ever experienced this with fast food and she couldnt just replace the dang burger. She does not like to be wrong. Bad service from a manger. Hope she rewinds the cameras to see it was never placed in the bag.She was reported.
