Wendy's

1) very spacious and clean, doesn’t have gross carpet like most other Wendy’s. 2) the value is amazing, currently a kids meal with 4 pc nuggets fries soda and toy is only $2.99. If you download the app, there’s even more stuff free with purchase like fries, soda, or a frosty. 3) bathroom is clean and they have a diaper changing table (koala kare) 4) Coca Cola freestyle machine in lobby so you can refill and change your drink if needed 5) service is mostly good, if you are dining in, still order in drive thru then come inside because they prioritize drive thru.

Ojjj zawiodłem się mocno. Bardzo chciałem spróbować wendys - ładna nazw, logo, zdjęcia burgerów. Niestety jedzenie bardzo przeciętne natomiast obsługa fatalna, niezaangażowania, do tego osoby niższego szczebla, różnorodne, nie rozumieją osób z zagranicy mówiących nie najlepszym angielskim. Wezwali kierownika który bez problemu wszystko zrozumiał i przyjął zamowienie.

workers are always kinda rude and they mixed up our order but that’s how you know it’s fire

They gave me half of the fries I ordered and didn’t put my sauces that I paid for in the bag…

Watched the manager put chicken nuggets returned from drive thru back under heat lamp. Upcharge for small frosty with combo even though it costs less than a small drink. Portions of frosty and chili were both less than 2/3 of container. Manager on duty was curt when I had to ask for the frosty and chili which were not set out with our sandwiches. Cashier was pleasant however.

Originally gave the wrong order to begin with and then once we did get the correct order the chicken sandwich was raw and not fully cooked!!

The crew is terrible there’s no help with the cashier in front which causes the people in line to have to wait even longer just to place their order. It’s very unprofessional. I specifically told the cashier I didn’t want any bacon on my sandwich when I went to eat I had bacon in my sandwich. Don’t eat here unless you have time to waste.
