Drive thru is quick, food is always fresh and hot! Can't ask anything else for a fastfood restaurant during lunchtime.

Edit After contacting the location** Was told I'd be contacted to review my complaint, waited a week got nothing, emailed again and was told that because it was a locally owned part of the chain that the local store would contact me, another week goes by and nothing. I will never go to wendys ever again. Went through the drive through around 10pm on Thursday after a long day flying back home. We get asked to pull over into the mobile ordering spot, no problem. We then waited 20 minutes as everyone else was serviced. I finally pull back around the drive through and ask for my food, which was just sitting on the counter, now cold. Fries were without salt, our burgers were not prepared correctly I didn't even customize it yet both the baconator and loaded nacho burger came with lettuce and tomato, that's not normal no biggie we can pull it off.. Sadly the only flavor came from the bacon everything tasted bland. Drinks were about the only "fresh" thing about the experience. Will not be back to this location sadly. Ended up throwing away and ordering a pizza. After how starving we all were, it was rather surprising that the food was this bad.

I don't like eating fast food, but we need to stop for a second before a long meeting today. Won't do it again, super nasty and overpriced.

New crew ain't the brightest stare at you like they dont understand.
