Great service

Food was good and quick. But restaurant is, almost all the time I have been there, empty. Today it was busier than during winter. I think many people use the drive through.

Good service and food, typical wendys.

It was early. Lunch just started so the food was hot & fresh. I ordered the crispy chicken biggie bag. I wasn't impressed with the flavor or the chicken. It was a bit on the bland side. The nuggets were more flavorful. Dave's orange soda was really good. I'm not a coke product person or a fruit flavored soda person but that orange soda was really good. The place was very clean, good music playing (80s decade). I would return for lunch there. I also missed out on the strawberry frosty. It was the first day serving it but I did not see any large eye catching advert for it. Next time I guess.

I made an order on the app and paid almost $45. Once we get there to pick up the food they said we owed $20 more and had charged us for each item individually instead of including them in the biggie bag which is what we ordered. We did not receive the food and are still waiting to get our money back.

You should just put money on the counter and ask them for whatever they plan to give you I have been there a few times and every time I have went to this store the order has been wrong every time I went there. Then when you call, they ask you "What do you want them to do about it" Just drive to one of the other ones in town might be a drive but worth it. They have no customer service skills. Sad when the food is good when they get the order right but you're over going because of the staff. I get you don't greet people with smiles anymore but at least get my food right.

Terrible service and very incompetent whether the order is simple or not they always seem to mess up. The drinks are watered down with little to no flavoring. When they do mess up they screw it up a second time and waste your time further with no consideration for the customer. Would highly recommend not wasting your time or money here.
