I don't know why these people are taking so long on My Chili ️ Cheese Baked Potato , what the hell is their problem!!
Went to redeem our T-mobile Tuesday Free Dave's Single or Classic/Spicy Chicken sandwhich, right off the bat the code didn't work. According to the cashier. So we stepped aside, and I ordered through the Mobile App. Apps fail, it's happens. But it took forever for staff to even attend to us, then the cashier was adamant about it only being for the Dave Single or a Spicy Chicken. Then this rude manager/team lead/cashier named Maria had my mobile order just sitting there, until I asked for it. Basically threw a single Ranch sauce at me, and didn't even acknowledge that I asked for a B.B.Q Sauce. They took forever for my sister's order, one person from the kitchen was nice enough to give me my food and was probably the nicest person there. But overall, definitely won't be going there anytime soon. Looks to be understaffed, unorganized, and very poorly managed. If I could give less than one star, I would.
Drive through was fast, and the employees were super nice. The food was hot and the order was right!!
the place was empty and they took like a hour and a half just getting 2 orders of fries and a frosty.. i ordered before everyone else currently still here while typing this
Rating on breakfast egg & bacon croissant. Terrible! The bread is not a croissant, it's more like a square flat hamburger bun and a little soggy. Tastes like it was microwaved (purchased at 7am). Come on Wendy's... Do better!!

My mobile order experience was terrible. I selected drive thru and after waiting through the long line they had me go to the mobile order parking spots. Then they completely forgot about me and I had to go in to pick up the cold food that was sitting there clearly marked as Drive-Thru.
