Drive-through guy was friendly and efficient. The only thing was our two orders were mixed in the bags, but we got all our food.

When I’m craving Wendy’s I always go to this location for years now. Hands down the best Wendy’s in the area to exist, I been to other ones nearby and they are horrible. But this location, my food never tastes cold or old. And OMG today the fries were so perfect and crispy, I had to take a picture. I can’t wait to go back with my dog here for some food! Yall have the best employees, YALL ARE NOW ONE OF THE ELITE EMPLOYEES, YOU HAVE BEEN PROMOTED ️ ‍

Worst customer service from a staff crew named "Arturo". He has very poor communication skills. I made a Doordash Pickup order and app said it should be ready within 10mins. Got to the store drive thru 12 minutes later to pick up, showed my app order, Arturo said that my order isn't there. I asked what he meant and he mentioned 3 names and said that my order isn't there. I asked if I need to park and wait he just said what can he do my order is not there. Finally decided to park and waited another 2 minutes before coming inside the store (it was raining so hard). Came in and there was still 2 orders in the counter and I looked, saw my name in one of them. I told Arturo this is my order pointing to one of the bags that has a receipt. The receipt said PickUpMarie H. Doordash. He clearly didn't read the receipt because his defense was, "usually the order just has a name on it" he was very dismissive and just told me to take my order with me. I didn't have the energy to confront him anymore because my order is already cold with just dealing with him and he clearly didn't want to apologize for the inconvenience he has caused not reading through the orders and not listening to the customer. Bad customer service. Rude is an understatement.

What I love about this place, YOUR FOOD WILL ALWAYS BE FRESH! They haven’t let me down yet!

Quick service and restaurant was clean on the inside. Combo meals have started getting expensive. The biggie bags that once were Five dollars are now seven dollars.
