LADY IN THE FRONT WAS SUPPER RUDE KEPT MAKING FACES AS WE ORDERED BUT THE FOOD WAS COOKED WELL
Ya know... When you order a small double and get a medium Baconator (at Baconator price) you get a bad review.
The drive thru workers wouldn't refund my order after I asked the people at the drive thru to remake our order fresh. They didn't refund us our money back either. The two workers both said no to both requests. Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't a business supposed to refund their customer's money back if they were unsatisfied with their order, may I add before the order was eaten? We ordered two sandwiches, we didn't like the way they were made, and before we took a bite of either of them, we returned to the window and were refused to have our sandwiches made fresh. When they refused to make our meal fresh I then requested a refund and handed the food back to them. They refused.
If this weren't a Wendy's this place would be shut down. Seriously, there Hispanics running this place are an embarrassment to my people, they're rude, arrogant and don't like to be confronted when they make a mistake which costs the customer time and gas. This has happened numerous times where I get the wrong order and every time I go to get it fixed they put up a fight with me. I stopped going for months and returned just to find that nothing has changed. No vayan a este Wendy's, lamento decir que los hispanos trabajando este Wendy's no son amigables y cuando hacen algo incorrecto te van hacer peliar para que lo compongan.
