Wendy's

We stood there at the counter for a few minutes when a couple employees came up and didn't even look at us, they talked amongst themselves asking "Who is supposed to be up front?" Then a guy named Kyle comes up and just stares at us, not a single word spoken. So I ordered my food and looked to my boyfriend for his turn. Before my bf even said anythg the guy asked if that would be all? Bf started ordering, then the guy started to walk away, we mentioned we would also like two cookie ice creams, so he comes back and says yeah we'll add them. All this ordering he never even touches the computer system to enter our food in. I give him my card, he walks to the back to enter the food in drive thru. Our food came out in less than a minute, which was concerning because it was 830 at night. The food was ice cold. All of it. Normally I dont complain, I work in service industry. The service and food tonight left nothing to be desired. The staff needs a brush up on customer service skills and on when food is supposed to be tossed and new food made in its place. If staff receives proper training, I would happily come back. It's ironic to add to this review 4 years later. And absolutely nothing has changed. The service is still subpar, they just rush you through everything. When you order one thing they immediately ask is that all? The food was ice cold and over salted. Being 5 in the afternoon im sure the fries, burger patty and chicken patty we got just sat under the heat lamp for who knows how long. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location again after giving it another shot. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

when we pulled up the man on the other end of the intercom was rude right off the bat. we shrugged it off, we’ve all been there. we pull up and hand over our card, and it declines. we somewhat expected this because we are traveling through the country. we pulled out cash, because he kept running the card (he did it a total of four times) even when we told him to stop. he proceeded to hand us our card, close the window, and left for well over 10 minutes. he had cancelled our order and now we were just sitting at the window waiting. he finally comes back, re-rings our order, and we have to wait another 5+ minutes for our food. we get the food and leave, only for our biggie bag to be entirely cold. we also got two baked potatoes with cheese and bacon, they didn’t even open the potatoes. they put cheese sauce all over the container and potato, and slapped 3 undercooked strips of bacon in there and called it a day. we honestly would never come back here and i really don’t recommend it unless you want to be disappointed

Those guys at the window stole my credit card and spent 75 dollars on lunch. Don’t go here, there are two other Wendy’s nearby that are better.

Over all just stick to the 4 for 4 at holiday.

Disappointing. Both meals were missing another pattie to form a doublestack, burger was also cold. They didn’t even bother to melt the cheese on the baconator fries. Don’t go to this restaurant.

The worst Wendy's I haver visited!! Fries were cold, the cheeseburger was old and cold, the cheese wasn't even melted! We will never return!!!

Nice people ...bring back great memories

I usually wouldn’t bother to rate a national fast food chain, but fair warning to folks traveling through on the highway - this is NOT the stop for you. I’ve lived in many large cities and traveled the world over and this Wendy’s was nearly the sketchiest experience I’ve had. We left before finishing our meal to get outta there. I genuinely do not know how any business is open in this location.

1: they messed up are order and we were missing fry’s 2: the food was cold 3: we asked for certain food items to be taken off are burger and when we got it, it still have them all on 4: the chicken nuggets were just like card board 5: the chicken nuggets gave 2 out of 3 of are kids food poison 5: the person taking are order was very sassy and had no respect for customers 6:they straight up lied to us and claimed that they did give us the fry’s even though when we checked there were no fry’s 7: the employee told us we were wrong and was very rude about the fry’s but we were still missing them 8: we asked for a sweat tea but got a normal tea 9: they forgot one out of 3 drinks 10: only 1 drink was correct Out of all the Wendy’s I’ve been to in my life this one was absolutely horrible the food is poison the customer service is toxic and the atmosphere was out ride disgusting. 1 out of 5 do not go to this Wendy’s.

Ordered online at 9:40pm. Got to the Drive thru at 10:00pm. Didn’t receive my order until 10:52pm. After all that. They gave me the wrong sandwich and no nuggets. Never ever going to this restaurant again. Stay away!!
